By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to make purchases using the payment method provided.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials, sizing, and other details as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size guide before placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment must be successfully completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, stock errors, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, contact details, and delivery address are complete and accurate when placing an order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

For orders within the UAE, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Canvas Wear is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned sets must be in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and labels attached.

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. A refund will only be approved once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.

Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted for return and will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns within the UAE, the return shipping fee is AED 22.

8. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@canvaswear.com, including your order number and details of the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed to have occurred before delivery or as a result of an error by Canvas Wear, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Canvas Wear website, including our brand name, logos, photographs, product images, graphics, designs, text, and other original content, belongs to Canvas Wear or is used with appropriate permission.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Canvas Wear.
