Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Canvas Wear set. If you wish to make a return, you may request one within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the set must be returned exactly as it was received, unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or with removed or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order. For returns within the UAE, a return shipping fee of AED 22 will apply.

Inspection & Refund

All returned items are subject to inspection. Once we receive your returned set, we will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions.

A refund will only be approved after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above, the return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email contact@canvaswear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in your email.

Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
